Returns Policy

Applicable to orders made through www.rossimoda.co.za ONLY. 

  1. If a customer wishes to change the size of a recently bought item, they will be responsible for covering the delivery costs of the return and for the delivery costs of the new size to be sent back to them. 

  2. If a customer wishes to return a recently bought items they will need to be returned in a sellable condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed and undamaged by customers. All goods must be returned with all labels intact and in the correct packaging)

  3. If a customer wishes to return a recently bought item, they will need to cover the courier cost of returning the item. 

  4. If it is more convenient for a customer to return items in store, returns can be taken to Palazzo Pitti Carlton Centre ONLY. All in-store returns must include the Invoice received with the order. 

  5. No refunds or returns will be granted if the request exceeds 30 days and the item/s are not in a sellable condition. 

  6. All approved refunds will exclude all delivery feeds that were paid when placing the original order.
